Short version: if Pro doesn't work out in the first two weeks, you get your money back. No forms, no interrogation.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to Pro and it isn't what you expected, request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. This applies to your first subscription payment; renewal payments are covered by cancellation below.
Cancel anytime
Cancel your subscription at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't prorate partially used periods, except where required by law.
How to request a refund
Email support@secreportai.com from the address you subscribed with, or use the support widget on any page. Refunds are processed by our payment partner back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Fair use
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeatedly subscribing, generating large volumes of reports, and requesting refunds. Consumers' statutory rights in their jurisdiction are never affected by this policy.
