Terms of Service

1. What SecReport AI is

SecReport AI (“the Service”) is a web application that analyzes security data you upload and generates security reports in PDF, DOCX and Markdown formats. The Service is operated by the SecReport AI team (“we”, “us”).

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company (for example, an MSP generating reports for its clients), you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that company.

2. Your data and your responsibility

You must have the legal right to upload the data you submit — for MSPs this typically means your service agreement with your client covers processing their security telemetry.

Uploaded data is processed in memory for the duration of a single request and is never stored by us. See the Privacy page for the full data flow, including which AI provider processes the data.

Do not upload data you are not allowed to share, and do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

3. AI-generated content

Reports are generated by artificial intelligence from the data you provide. AI can make mistakes: numbers can be misread, findings can be mischaracterized, sections can be incomplete.

Reports are a starting point for a professional, not a substitute for one. You are responsible for reviewing every report before sending it to a client or making decisions based on it. The Service does not provide legal, compliance or professional security advice.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

The Free plan includes 1 report per month at no cost. The Pro plan is a monthly subscription billed in advance.

Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment partner acting as merchant of record. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the Service, probe or bypass its security controls, resell it without our agreement, or use it to process data obtained illegally. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that reports are accurate, complete, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including losses arising from decisions made based on generated reports.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the website. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
